Pigging is the practice of running a specially designed device (a “pig”) through a pipeline to clean deposits, separate products, or inspect the pipe wall. Pigs are launched and received through dedicated facilities without interrupting flow.

Our equipment and pig inventory covers pipeline diameters from 2 inches to 48 inches. Custom pig configurations are available for non-standard or multi-diameter pipelines.

Yes. We perform hydrostatic pressure testing in compliance with ASME B31.4, B31.8, CSA Z662, and client-specific requirements. This includes water sourcing, filling, pressurization, hold periods, and controlled depressurization.

Dew point drying removes residual moisture from pipelines after hydrotesting to prevent internal corrosion. We achieve dew points typically below -20°C using nitrogen displacement, vacuum drying, or methanol swabbing methods.

Yes. Our crews are H2S-trained and equipped with sour-service-rated launchers, receivers, and monitoring equipment. All work follows provincial and federal sour gas regulations.
